Abstract

N-Substituted-3-arylpyrrolidines: Potent and Selective Ligands at Serotonin 1A Receptor. -Title compounds (V) are prepared by coupling reaction with diarylcuprates as the key step. (Vc) shows good selective affinity to the 5-HT 1A receptor. Derivative (Va) seems to be a possible candidate for the development of antianxiety and antidepressant agents.
