Abstract

Organocatalyzed Direct Glycosylation of Unprotected and Unactivated Carbohydrates. -An organocatalyzed direct glycosylation of unprotected and unactivated carbohydrates is reported. This process tolerates water generated during the reaction and does not need additional bases or DMF. With this operationally simple protocol, thermodynamically favored glycosides are obtained in a very straightforward reaction. -(SCHMALISCH, S.; MAHRWALD*, R.; Org.
