Abstract

Preparation of 2-Vinylindoline Derivatives by Oxidative Cyclization of 2-Alkenylanilines. -Pd-catalyzed oxidative cyclization of N-protected o-alkenylanilines (I) and (III) gives stereoselectively trans-3-alkyl-2-vinylindolines (II) and (IV), respectively.
