Abstract: Self-Organized Growth of PbI-Based Layered Perovskite QuantumWell by Dual-Source Vapor Deposition.-Oriented thin films of layered perovskites (RNH3)2PbI4 (R: Ph-C2H4-, Bu-, C6H9-C2H4 -, C6H13-, C10H21-) with quantum well structure consisting of alternating PbI4 semiconductor and RNH+3 layers are grown by dual source vapor deposition using PbI2 and RNH3I.
