Abstract:and pyrazole analogues such as (V) are designed, synthesized and evaluated for their antiparasitic activity. Compound (IIIe) exhibits anti-parasitic properties against the mammalian stages of Trypanosoma brucei and Leishmania infantum. Compounds (IIIa) and (IIIf) show potency toward the intracellular, amastigote stage of L. infantum.
