Abstract: Synthesis and Antiviral Activity of Hydrophosphorylated InosineDerivatives.-Inosine dialdehyde (I) reacts with the amines or amino acids (II) and hypophosphorous acid to give the hydrophosphorylated hypoxanthylmorpholines (IV), which are low-toxic compounds with activity against RNA and DNA containing viruses. -(BELAKHOV, V.
