Abstract

ChemInform Abstract The ethynyldecahydroquinolinole (I) is transformed into the derivatives (II), (III), (IV), and (VII) by common methods. These and the epimeric compounds (VIIIb), prepared in the same manner from (VIIIa), are tested for their cardiotropic activity.
