Abstract

Fused pyrimidine derivatives R 0515 Synthesis and Cytotoxicity Studies of Novel [1,2,4]Triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine-7-amines. -Most of the novel title triazolopyrimidine derivatives (XIII) (18 examples) exhibit good cytotoxicity.
