Abstract: Synthesis of Substituted Tetrahydroindoloisoquinoline Derivatives via Intramolecular Pd-Catalyzed Alkene CarboaminationReactions. -The uncommon class of tetrahydroindoloisoquinolines is accessible via intramolecular Pd-catalyzed alkene carboamination reaction starting from readily available 2-allyl-N-(2-bromobenzyl)anilines as substrates.
