Abstract: Magnesium hydridequinuclidine complexesUpon hydrogenation of magnesium in THF using homogeneous magnesium-anthracene transition-metal halide catalysts in the presence of small amounts of MgCll and solubilizing agents L, a dissolved form of magnesium hydride (MgHi) is produced.
