Abstract:Aus den Isocyanaten (II) und Trimethylsilyl‐diethyl‐ amin (I) entstehen die Addukte (III), die zu Harnstoffen (IV) hydrolysieren und bei der thermischen Spaltung im Vakuum zu Chloraliminen (V) und Alkoxysilanen (VI) zerlegt werden.
