ChemInform Abstract: TRANS‐CIS PHOTOISOMERIZATION OF THE STILBENES AND A REEXAMINATION OF THE POSITIONAL DEPENDENCE OF THE HEAVY‐ATOM EFFECT

Abstract: Sowohl bei direkter als auch bei Benzophenon‐sensibilisierter UV‐Lichteinwirkung (254 und‐ 313 nm) verändert sich die Gemischzusammensetzung für die Stilbene (I) durch zunehmenden Azulenzusatz teilweise erheblich zugunsten der trans‐Isomeren.
