Abstract

Transition-Metal-Catalyzed Regioselective Alkylation of Indoles with Alcohols. -Two sets of reaction conditions using Pd/C or RuCl2(PPh3)2/DPEphos as catalysts are developed for the C3-alkylation of indoles with a variety of alcohols.
