Abstract: Messenger RNA (mRNA) translation is a tightly controlled process frequently deregulated in cancer. Key to this deregulation are transfer RNAs (tRNAs), whose expression, processing and post-transcriptional modifications are often altered in cancer to support cellular transformation.
