Abstract:The case of a male patient with synchronous oesophago-gastric junction (OGJ) and caecal adenocarcinomas is reported. His management is described, particularly the administration of neoadjuvant chemotherapy targeting his upper gastrointestinal cancer. Synchronous gastrectomy and hemicolectomy were performed.
