Cherenkov radiation and scattering of external dispersive waves by two-color solitons

Abstract: For waveguides with two separate regions of anomalous dispersion, it is possible to create a quasistable two-color solitary wave. In this paper we consider how those waves interact with dispersive radiation, both generation of Cherenkov radiation and scattering of incident dispersive waves. We derive the analytic resonance conditions and verify them through numeric experiments.
