A 9-month-old boy presented with non-pruritic skin lesions on his face and upper and lower limbs for 3 days. The child had fever for 2 days before the onset of rash. He had no history of trauma, arthritis, bleeding tendencies, or other systemic involvement prior to this episode. Family and personal history were noncontributory. On cutaneous examination, there was a diffuse erythema and edema on both arms, forearms, lower legs, hands, and feet including palms and soles. A flushing erythema was present also
