Child with swollen fingers associated with recent SARS‐CoV‐2 infection

Abstract: A previously healthy 10-month-old female presented to our department with three painless purulent ulcerated skin lesions on her anogenital region. In the previous week, she had had fever, diarrhoea and perianal erythema. The necrotic ulcers were approximately 1 cm in diameter and were surrounded by an erythematous ring (Fig. 1a-c).
