Childhood leukemia outcomes in a low-resource tertiary care setting

Abstract: Context Acute leukemia (AL) is the commonest hematological malignancy in childhood. The cause is largely multifactorial and unknown, with exogenous and endogenous factors interacting with genetic susceptibility.
