Abstract:In this paper a linear multi-user beamforming technique is proposed for frequency-selective channels in MultipleInput-Multiple-Output (MIMO) Wideband Code Division Multiple Access (WCDMA) system. Assuming perfect Channel State Information (CSI) is available at both transmitter and receiver, transmit beamforming and receive beamforming are coordinated to mitigate multi-user, multiple access (MAI), and Inter-Chip Interference (ICI) by maximizing an approximate lower bound of each individual Signal to Interferenc… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
