Abstract:We report a dearomative (3 + 2) cycloaddition between isoquinolinium ylides and enamides, dienamides, or a trienamide, which is catalyzed by a chiral π–Cu(ii) complex and proceeds in a site-selective, exo/endo-selective, and enantioselective manner.
