Chiropractic Care in a Patient With Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia and Chronic Pain

Abstract: Hereditary spastic paraplegia (HSP) is a rare neurodegenerative disorder, which is challenging to diagnose and is known to be associated with more than 73 genes.
