Chlorophyll-a Characterization of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii Using Absorbance Fluorescence Spectroscopy and Portable LED Fluorescence Lidar System

Abstract: With the increasing reports on algal blooms in the Philippines, we aimed to characterize chlorophyll-a pigment of C. reinhardtii using a portable LED fluorescence lidar system. C. reinhardtii was prepared using BG-culture media with controlled cultivation parameters.
