The purpose of this study was to report a rare case of male breast carcinoma with choroidal metastasis and to review the best possible management options. A 72-year-old man, a case of breast carcinoma, was noted to have choroidal metastasis 1-year posttreatment. Fundus examination revealed multiple yellow-white prominent masses arising from the choroid associated with exudative retinal detachment involving the macula. He was managed with intensity-modulated radiotherapy in both eyes over 10 days. Three months posttreatment, the choroidal metastasis showed regression. This case emphasizes on the need of an appropriate dilated ophthalmoscopic examination and detailed screening in all cases of breast cancer, aiding in early, prompt diagnosis and in formulation of an efficient management protocol.
