Christian Andragogy Approach for Independence of Golden Age Church Member in Services

Abstract: Christian andragogy in the church is very important to equip believers (golden age), so that they can be effective and efficient. The gap that occurs between the church and the golden age, on the one hand the church considers the golden age to be unable to serve because of obstacles or crises both physically, psychologically, socially, and spiritually.
