Chromatin accessibility and microRNA expression in nephron progenitor cells during kidney development

Abstract: Mammalian nephrons originatefrom a population of nephron progenitorcells(NPCs), and it is known that NPCs' transcriptomes change throughout nephrogenesis during healthy kidney development.
