Chromatography of Membrane Proteins and Lipoproteins

Abstract: The available methods for the separation of membrane proteins and lipoproteins are sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS/PAGE), followed by immunoblotting, isoelectric focusing (IEF), capillary electrophoresis (CE) and high‐performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
