Abstract:The research utilized sophisticated technique called chromogenic agar and the Vitek 2 system to examine the bacterial content of fourteen samples of butcher’s shops effluent water, revealing thirty different bacterial species with varying levels of antibiotic resistance, including Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecalis, Citrobacter freundii, Escherichia coli, and Klebsiella pneumoniae,.
