Abstract:Sinosolenaia oleivora (Bivalve, Unionida, Unionidae), is a near-endangered edible mussel. In 2022, it was selected by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs as a top-ten aquatic germplasm resource, with potential for industrial development. Using Illumina, PacBio, and Hi-C technology, a high-quality chromosome-level genome of S. oleivora was assembled.
