Abstract:This paper presents the chromosome numbers (2n) for 13 alien species from the families Amaranthaceae, Asteraceae, Brassicaceae, Caryophyllaceae, Malvaceae, Poaceae, Polygonaceae, Rosaceae collected in the Novosibirsk Region. For Echinops sphaerocephalus L. (2n = 30), Silphium perfoliatum L. (2n = 14) and Brassica napus L.
