Chronic Acalculous Biliary Disease: Cholecystokinin Cholescintigraphy is Useful in Formulating Treatment Strategy and Predicting Success after Cholecystectomy

Abstract: Patients with symptoms consistent with biliary colic who do not demonstrate calculi on routine sonography present a diagnostic dilemma for clinicians.
