Chronic Noninfectious Necrotizing Granulomas in a Child with Nijmegen Breakage Syndrome

Abstract: Nijmegen breakage syndrome (NBS) is a chromosomal breakage disorder with characteristic physical features, chromosomal instability, and combined immunodeficiency. It is closely related to other chromosomal breakage disorders like ataxia telangiectasia.
