Chronic urticaria associated with autoreactivity to progesterone

Abstract: Autoimmune progesterone deiTnatitis is a rarely recogtiizetl cutaneous disorder revealed by recurrent and cyclic skiti eruption with variable morphology, during the luleal phase. We report the case of a 42-year-old womati with chronic urticaria since Ihe age of 38 with premenstrual exacerbation. Intradermal progesterone tests revealed a strong reactivity against this hormone.
