Abstract: Anamnese, direkte Untersuchung und Röntgenuntersuchung von Magen und Gallenwegen sind die wichtigsten diagnostischen Methoden zur Klärung von Oberbauchbeschwerden. Unter 2400 nicht operierten, ambulanten Patienten, die den Gastroenterologen wegen Oberbauchbesdiwerden konsultierten, fanden sich mit diesen Untersuchungen:
