Cilostazol protects against degenerative cervical myelopathy injury and cell pyroptosis via TXNIP-NLRP3 pathway

Abstract: Degenerative cervical myelopathy (DCM) is one of the most common and serious neurological diseases. Cilostazol has protective effects of anterior horn motor neurons and prevented the cell apoptosis. However, there was no literatures of Cilostazol on DCM.
