Circadian Rhythm Analysis Using Wearable Device Data: A Novel Penalized Machine Learning Approach

Abstract: Study Objective: Actigraphy has been widely used in clinical studies to study sleep-activity patterns, but the analysis remains the major obstacle for researchers.
