‘Circular migration’ and the potential to improve health outcomes

Abstract: The UK has the potential to strengthen and stabilise longer‐term staffing for the National Health Service while observing and building on its commitments to recruit ethically, in ways that would not adversely affect health outcomes in the sending countries. However, to do so requires a new approach, explains Andrew Lawrence.
