Abstract:We used mitoquinone (MitoQ), a mitochondria-targeted antioxidant, alone and combined with moderate ET (endurance training) in male patients with hypertension to determine their effects on blood pressure (BP), cardiac function, TOS (total oxidant status), and serum miR-145, miR-133a, and hs-CRP levels.
