“…On the other hand, the second is the search for ad hoc solutions to prevent the negative effects of emerging irregularities, among which the problem of rainwater retention is the most frequently discussed. In their research, Drumond et al [16] conducted a survey that showed that greater knowledge of city storm water did not correspond to greater desire among stakeholders to manage them.
