Abstract:The tree-level measurement of the CKM πΎ angle is a crucial test of πΆπ violation in the Standard Model (SM). Discrepancies between the measurements at tree level and loop level could indicate physics beyond the SM. Recent measurements using decays such as π΅ 0 β π·πΎ * 0 , π΅ Β± β [π·π 0 /πΎ] π· * β Β± (where π· decays to πΎ 0 S β + β β with β = πΎ, π) and π΅ Β± β [β β²+ β β²β π + π β ] π· β Β± are presented. Additionally, the combination of previous πΎ measurements at LHCb, excluding the aforementioned result… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citationsβcitations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
