Abstract:Langerhans cell histiocytosis is a hematologic clonal disease. The treatment of localized histiocytosis includes local methods such as radiotherapy or surgery. In cases of disseminated lesions with multiple system damage, chemotherapy is administered, which provides recovery in some patients.
