Classification algorithm for selective broadcast based on road incidence relevance analysis

Abstract: An incidence on the road always causes safety concern and traffic congestion on the road. In order to improve safety and convenience on the road, the Incidence Warning System (IWS) is designed to broadcast warning messages from source vehicles to other vehicles in the system.
