Objective-to assess the significance of hysteroscopy for effective treatment of infertility. Material and methods. 598 ambulatory hysteroscopies were analyzed in «Persona»-the International Clinical Center of Reproductology. The study period lasted from January to December 2017. 570 histological examinations were performed. All women were treated for infertility. Results. The total number of hysteroscopies during this period was 598. Of all the performed hysteroscopies, 172 (28.8%) women received a normal picture and in 426 (71.2%) of women with pathology. Conclusion. The most informative method of diagnosis and treatment for intrauterine pathology in infertility women is a hysteroscopy with morphological analysis of biopsy material.
