Abstract:This exploratory case series clinically and histologically investigated the performance of allogeneic cancellous freeze-dried bone allograft (FDBA) bone blocks (Maxgraft®) for the lateral augmentation of local alveolar defects in the posterior maxilla as part of two-staged implant therapy.
