Clinical and economic value of sofosbuvir-based regimens in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C in Spain

Abstract: Background The treatment of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) with direct-acting antivirals has undergone a spectacular revolution and added significant value to healthcare systems and patients.
