Clinical and functional status of the peripheral nervous system in patients with diabetic polyneuropathy

Abstract: It seems impossible at the moment to stem the incidence of diabetes despite the enormous efforts to address this global problem. We have examined 30 patients with type 2 diabetes to study the clinical and functional status of the peripheral nervous system in patients with diabetic distal polyneuropathy.
