Abstract: Background. The established pathogenetic link between the presence of hypogonadism in males and disorders of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism makes it possible to assume the presence of pathogenetic parallels between testosterone deficiency and the formation of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
