Clinical and microbiological parallels of delayed prescribing of antibiotics in patients with acute rhinosinusitis

Abstract: Topicality: The rate of acute bacterial rhinosinusitisis 0,5-2% of all cases of acute rhinosinusitis, however, up to 60 % of patients receive the course of antibiotics since the first day of disease.
