Abstract: IntroductionProximal humerus fractures account for approximately 4%-5% of all fractures. It accounts for approximately 45% of all humeral fractures. Proximal humerus fractures which are mostly stable or minimally displaced fractures are usually managed non-operatively with good outcomes.
