Clinical Assessment of Pediatric Obstructive Sleep Apnea

Abstract: Children with a positive clinical assessment of OSA but negative PSG have significant improvement after T&A as compared with observation alone, thus validating the clinician's role in diagnosing upper airway obstruction.
